Who we are

Name Font Style (namefontstyle.com) is a free name font style generator run by Rizwan Aslam. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Name Font Style. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and the choices you have.

The names you type into our tools

The name you type into the font generator and the Name image tool is processed only in your own browser. It is not sent to our server and we do not store it.

When you copy a style or download a picture, that happens on your device too. We may count that a style was copied or a picture was downloaded, together with the style or font name, but never the name you typed.

Information you send us

When you use our contact form, we receive your name, email address, the topic you choose and your message. Your message is saved in our website’s private admin area and sent to our email inboxes. We use these details only to reply to you and to keep a record of the conversation. To prevent spam, we briefly use a scrambled form of your IP address to limit how many messages can be sent in an hour; it is not stored with your message.

If you email us directly or message us on WhatsApp, we receive the details you choose to share. WhatsApp is run by Meta and its own privacy policy applies to messages sent there.

We keep messages only as long as we need them to help you and for our records, and we delete them sooner if you ask.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our hosting provider keeps server logs, such as IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. These logs are used to keep the site secure and working.

We use Google Analytics, connected through Google Site Kit, to understand how visitors use the site, for example which pages are visited, the type of device and the country. This information is collected by Google using cookies or similar technology and is reported to us in aggregate.

Cookies and advertising

We use Google AdSense to show ads, which helps keep the tools free.

Fonts and other third-party services

Our pages load the “Baloo 2” font from Google Fonts. When you open the Name image tool, more fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. To deliver fonts, your browser connects to Google servers, which receive your IP address. Google Fonts does not use cookies for this.

Pages may link to other websites, such as Wikipedia or Golden Ratio Face. Their own privacy policies apply once you leave our site.

Children

Name Font Style is a general audience website and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the contact form. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to object to how we use it. To make a request, use the contact form and choose “Privacy or data request”, or email b2bseoagencyteam@gmail.com. We reply within 30 days.

Security and storage

We use reasonable measures to protect the information we receive, such as HTTPS on every page and access controls on our email accounts. No method of sending or storing data is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The services we use, such as Google and our email and hosting providers, may process information in countries other than your own, including the United States.

We may update this policy when our tools or services change. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated. Significant changes will be noted on this page.
